Komma-SPs werden nur in sehr dringenden Fällen eingesetzt, wenn mit einem Servicepack eine "Verschlimmbesserung" stattgefunden hat, die sofortiger Reaktion bedarf. Die stichwortartige Ursache dieser Urgentpacks, falls überhaupt vorhanden:
